OK so as you all know ever since the Birth of my Son (7m) I have been struggling to shed the baby weight. I did go from 8st 7 to 12st 7 , gave birth to a 9lb baby and was left with about 11st 2. In 7 months I have managed to get down to 10st without too much diet and no exercise really and I'm now a size 12/14 (14 on the hips).
I am quite determined to get down to my regular size 10, healthily. And all before June 11th (my little sisters wedding day) .....and yes, I have ordered a size 10 dress!
So my editor at The Pinfold has layed down a challenge! Lose 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks.
I will be enrolling this evening at 7.40pm with DSFitness for her Bride 2 Fit dose of gruelling exercise and nutrition advice.
I'm quietly excited however because I can't wait to get bck in my old Wocky clothes, craze my endorphins and start eating well again. Plus its great for youthful skin :)
